Diploma Replacement

Duplicate diplomas are inscribed with the college, degree title, your name, date of award and academic honor.  Majors and minors do not appear on your diploma; they are part of the degree posting on your official transcript. The name of the school on the diploma will be Western Washington University.  The duplicate diploma being ordered is replacing your original document issued by Western Washington University.

The cost of replacing a diploma is $25.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.  The diploma is delivered to the Alumni office to check for any errors before being mailed to the recipient First Class.  If you need the diploma mailed to you by express mail, overnight, etc from the Alumni office, please include an extra $15 for mail services.
