WWU MBA Thought Leaders Speaker Series

Brought to you by:
WWU MBA Program
WWU Alumni Association

In our second monthly webinar, learn how to create an environment where diverse individuals feel appreciated and valued. Attending the webinar will help you:

  • Learn how to assess your organization’s level of inclusiveness using the “Multicultural Organizational Development (MCOD)" model, so you can effectively and strategically move forward on ADEI issues. (The MCOD model developed by Bailey Jackson and Rita Hardiman.)
  • Understand how to empower employees and build capacity to accomplish ADEI work.
  • Explore strategies to build an ADEI infrastructure in your organization to ensure your equity and inclusion efforts are sustainable and become a normal part of the organizational mission/operation.

Gain skills in using an inclusion lens in all that you do, as you review, revise, and develop workplace policies, protocols, and practices.
