Paul is a startup veteran, having launched nearly a dozen businesses (most of which have failed) since graduating from Western Washington University in 2014. His work has been featured in NBCNews, USA Today and more. Currently, he is the Director of Business Operations for VC-backed Groupshop, a company seeking to create ‘e-commerce for everyone.’

After receiving his BA from Western Washington University, Bob began his marketing career at Publicis ad agency followed by a marketing role at Vivendi Universal. He ventured off to a sales career at TransUnion for a few years before he landed at his current employer, Microsoft. At Microsoft, Bob oversaw the launch of Xbox Kinect as well as several other Xbox games and hardware. After 5 years in this role, he transitioned over to the Xbox global organization and became a Global Group Product Marketing Manager, marketing the Xbox platform and developing Xbox product strategies for Global markets. After 3 years in this role, he was recruited back to the US team to lead the Xbox US Retail Category team across the console, games, Xbox Live and accessories. In 2019, Bob transitioned over to the Minecraft organization to run the Retail, Events and Experiences team. While in this role, he drives the Minecraft consumer products retail strategy with retailers on a worldwide basis, in addition to working with external partners to define an events & experiences strategy for Minecraft.
