Portrait of Stefan Freelan

Stefan Freelan

Speaker

Stefan is the Assistant Director of the College of the Environment's Spatial Institute (SI), working on maps, web maps, spatial analysis and technical aspects of faculty and student research. I also maintain the SI's Spatial Analysis Lab (SAL) website (my primary web interface). On it you will find all my favorite GIS stuff (including GIS and GPS links, as well as information on the SAL and GIS at Western).
