Establishing lasting clean energy policies and programs requires buy-in from diverse stakeholders, and finding common ground begins with understanding motivations. Over the course of her 15+ year career in the public sector, Juliana Williams has worked with stakeholders to address clean energy deployment challenges. Ms. Williams will share lessons learned on aligning stakeholder interests from her time in utilities regulation, clean energy lending, and supporting low-income weatherization. She currently works at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland, a Certificate in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy from Yale University and is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers.
