Please join Industrial Design program alumni, colleagues, and friends to celebrate Dell King and the achievements of his students during his 37-year tenure at WWU. Few at Western have left more of an indelible mark on the quality of a program and the success of its graduates as Dell has. 

Our celebration will include an open house of current and past WWU Senior ID projects, examples of alumni’s professional work, and stories honoring Dell. Hors d'oeuvres and a fun evening with friends provided - please come prepared with a tribute of your own!

Arūnas Oslapas

Arūnas Oslapas spends most of his academic months experimenting and learning design principles with his passionate students as they collectively attempt to understand the profession of industrial design. With an uncanny ability to never say ‘no’, he punishes himself with outside projects ranging from creative museum exhibits to recycled metal baskets.

Jason Morris

Jason Morris is a professor and director of industrial design at Western Washington University. Prior to his career switch to academia, he was a consulting product designer and a principal of the design firm tool. in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
